I have very much enjoyed working with Bruno, he is a very good person that builds great relationships with his players. He is a warm, affectionate and respectful coach that creates a good atmosphere in the team environment and knows when to be firm and direct when delivering his coaching points. 

He is very intelligent and creative in his tactical knowledge and training methods and he always created a positive environment which made it a pleasure to come into work everyday. 

Not only does he have vast football knowledge, Bruno really cares for the human side of the player and their family. He is an avid reader and has extensive knowledge that he applies to life and his coaching methods in human behaviour, positive psychology, mental well-being and performance. 

He has worked in different football cultures and environments and this experience and knowledge is invaluable to his toolkit and his ability to adapt to different cultures has made him very open minded. 

Working with Bruno has made me think of completing my UEFA coaching licenses. In the future, I hope that our paths cross again as either player-coach or in a coach-coaching working capacity. 

He is a very good person and coach that is rare to find in football, he is someone who deserves great responsibility within a team.

Bruno is a top young coach, having coached with him on the UEFA A licence. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, charming and eager to progress as a coach. Bruno is always willing to try new experiences by travelling around Europe learning various training methods used by top clubs. As assistant manager of Cape Verde he has been excellent in identifying potential talents who could play in the Scottish Football leagues. A coach with huge potential and someone who could progress rapidly as a coach.

I got to know Bruno as a very friendly person, who was not afraid to get involved in the group in the A license course. As a coach, he’s very knowledgeable of the game what I liked a lot about Bruno is how calm he’s on the pitch, he can get his opinion across in the right way and his calmness has a very positive effect on the players he is working with. I’m sure Bruno will go on to big things as a coach.

I learned a lot from Bruno during the 2021 season. The individual meetings looking into the video were very helpful to me and I improved a lot while watching the images. By giving me detailed information, I was able to understand exactly what I should do on the pitch.
